What we deliver
GMC Preflight checks an online store for readiness for Google Merchant Center and delivers a report with its own verdict. That verdict is ours. What Google decides is up to Google. We give no guarantee whatsoever of approval and are not affiliated with Google.
What you buy
A full check applies to one website and includes one re-check within 60 days. The credit belongs to that website and is not transferable.
Delivery and withdrawal
The service is delivered immediately after payment. At purchase you expressly request this and waive your right of withdrawal once the check has started.
If we cannot measure
If we cannot measure your store reliably, for example because it blocks us or sits behind a password, we deliver no report and charge nothing.
The promise on the re-check
If a re-check finds an item we should have seen at the first check, that re-check is free and we fix the item for you.
How long we keep evidence
We keep screenshots and fetched pages for twelve months as evidence with the report. After that we delete them.
The handbook
The GMC Preflight Handbook is for your own use within your account. Reselling, sharing, or otherwise distributing its content is not permitted. Every page carries a non-removable mark tied to your account; if it is distributed, that mark traces back to your account.
Governing law
Dutch law applies to these terms.
